Nationally recognised for his expertise in business transformation, he has a proven track record of reversing long-term decline, building high-performing teams and driving operational restructuring to deliver sustainable improvements. Derek has revitalised legacy organisations, delivered cutting-edge AI strategies, and guided acquisitions for both private equity and corporate clients. He has held senior leadership roles across multiple sectors – from gaming and energy management to IT and retail – and is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Marketing, as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Directors.
